EXS Sales Start + Exchange District Progress

The Exchange District is composed of 4 Square One condo towers with EXS being the last one to be released and located at the North West corner of the community. The above image taken May 2022 shows construction progress at the Exchange District Mississauga site. Currently concrete pouring is well underway with elements being almost at grade. Camrost Felcorp is known for their quality and on-time builds with an extensive Toronto condominium portfolio. The first three towers in the Exchange District project are known as EX1, EX2 and EX3, all which feature distinct, box-like volumes with coloured lights. This architectural feature will set these Square One condos for sale apart and craft an urban landmark.

This entire pocket is slated to be developed with architecturally distinct towers. Camrost Felcorp additionally purchased the land at 3672 Kariya Dr where a future sales centre will be located. Immediately to the south of the EXS Condos and the Exchange District is the land owned by Emblem Developments at 180 Burnhamthorpe Rd W which is planned to add 2 highrise condominiums. Additionally, Elm Drive Public School is nearing completion to service the growing area population.
