The Sherwood starts with 1 bedrooms at 1050 sq ft going up to 3 bedroom at 1690 sq ft. Maintenance fees for the 3 bedroom are just under $700. Comparable size units around Mississauga are around the $1,200 mark. When looking at price per square foot for buildings of similar age this building is a steal! roughly $100 per sq ft lower than the comparables! Best kept secret in Mississauga!
