The M City Condos Mississauga are being launched shortly and M City Condos Phase One will be the first of 10 towers for this architecturally stunning development. Currently the Marilyn Monroe towers stand at mid 50 stories, The M City Phase One Condo will tower at 60 stories tall.
The M CITY Condos Phase One is scheduled to begin construction near the end of 2017 or early 2018 with completion in 2021 or early 2022. The M City Phase One tower will encompass 1 bedroom up to popular 3 bedroom suites with internal square footage ranging from 400 sqft to ~900 sqft. Costs will vary but you can expect the smaller units to commence pricing at approximately $200,000. We are expecting floorplans and inventory pricing within the next little while. The M City Condos Phase One tower is expected to have 784 condominium suites with retail and commercial space available at the base. Amenities will be encompassing of typical modern requirements and will include unique features such as a season skating rink.
