EX2 Boutique Condos at Exchange District Mississauga

The EX2 Condos are going to be an exciting addition to the Exchange District community at Square One Mississauga. The EX2 Condos are being launched as a boutique style buildings which will offer residents a different lifestyle compared to the typical larger scale towers. EX2 will be built by developer Camrost Felcorp. EX2 will be launching shortly in the Fall of 2019. Planned to exist where the current Tim Horton’s Building (151 City Centre Dr Mississauga) sits, this project will transform and modernize this prime section of downtown. The creation of Main St has been documented in the Downtown 21 Plan for Mississauga. The Exchange District is planned to consist of a hotel, modern condominium residences, commercial space and added retailers to the growing list at Square One. EX2 will add some unique amenities and firsts to the Square One Condos market (see below image for a teaser list of features).
