If you are moving in this can be in the form of a personal cheque, moving out it must be certified. Cheque is returned if no damages are present. This condo deserves a FIVE STAR RATING. I looked for over a year at (50+ condos) before buying a condo at 400 Webb Drive. I have lived here for over a year. The maintenance fee is very reasonable. The amenities are great. The residents are wonderful. The No-Pet Policy is terrific. The security is great and friendly. The location is amazing. Overall a great place to live!!!
